Our outpatient therapy services include a variety of treatment approaches designed to meet the needs of each individual. Our large, multi-disciplinary practice is credentialed to accept most insurances. Our broad range of services includes:

THE WARRIOR PROJECT
(young adults)

The Warrior Project is a program that helps young adults set goals and successfully achieve them as they prepare for adulthood. This relationally centered process allows plans and decisions to be made in partnership with young adults, not for them.

Those who qualify for the Warrior Project include young adults who:

  • receive medical assistance

  • have a mental health diagnosis

  • would like support in at least two of these areas: employment, education, independent living, community involvement
